地元の夏祭り。
なんだろう大人になってもこのワクワクする感じ。
子供の頃より体も大きくなって、世の中の良い事も悪い事も見てきた。
でもここの場所に来たら小さい頃の気持ちに戻る。
活気あふれる雰囲気。 派手な原色を使った色使い。 庶民的な美味しそうな香り。 何より来ている人みんながニコニコ楽しそう。
そうだ僕はラチュレを夏祭りに来た時のようなワクワクするレストランにしたいんだ 。
At the local summer festival,
I wonder what makes me so excited.
Even though I have already grown up trough lots of things,
a summer festival makes me feel like I’m a little boy.
Exciting atomosphere, bright and crayola colors, good smells of food,
and more over everybody looks happy with a big smile.
That reminds me of one of my goals;
to make LATURE be a restaurant where customers can be thrilled
as much as at a summer festival.
