ミシュラン東京2023にて一つ星とグリーンスターを頂きました。今年の発表会にはLATUREを長年支えるシェフ2人に行って来てもらいました。
ミシュランの星を頂くには僕1人の力ではとれません。
志し高いスタッフや情熱ある生産者さん、支えてくれる家族。LATUREに携わる全ての皆様がいなくてはなりません。
LATUREではなく”TEAM LATURE”の受賞です。

Michelin Guide Tokyo 2023
Lature has been awarded a Michelin Star In the 2023 edition of the Michelin Guide. We were also once again awarded a green star, which serves to highlight restaurants at the forefront of sustainable practices in the world of fine cuisine.
We have sent two chefs to attend the award ceremony on behalf of the restaurant, but these awards were earned by the hard work of all of us. I would like to thank our producers and suppliers, and of course our families. LATURE would not exist without you.
I don’t think these awards are for LATURE, the restaurant. I believe they are for all of us at TEAM LATURE.
