これは僕だけの功績ではありません。
素晴らしい食材を送ってくださる生産者さんや猟師さん。
無理なお願いを聞いてくれてくれる業者さん。
いつも来てくれて時にはアドバイスをくれるお客様。
朝から遅い時間まで一生懸命働いて僕を助けてくれるスタッフのみんな。
LATUREに携わっている全員”チームラチュレ”への１つ星です。
昨日よりも今日、今日よりも明日、毎日少しずつ成長して
ラチュレに来てくださるお客様により良いお料理とおもてなしを提供できるよう日々精進してまいります！！
Thanks to everyone around me and everyting, we have got the one star this year, too.
This great award didn’t come to me, but went to every member of Team LATURE.
I can’t express how much I apprecieate the great great help from;
wonderful producers of ingredients and great hunters,
cooperative distributers,
our regular customers who realy love us and sometimes give us pieces of advice,
and of course every single member of hard-working staff at the restaurant.
Let me thank you here again,
and we promise you we will never stop trying to do our best!
