毎日の仕込みや業務に追われる中、忘れがちな事。
僕達が調理してる食材は命あるという事。
食材がなければ僕達の仕事はなりたちません。
新しい料理も生まれません。
大自然に感謝。 ラチュレではもう少しジビエやります。 駆除の野うさぎ、ヒヨドリなどもはじまります！
Hunting season was now off this winter.
It’s easy to forget that every ingredient we cook has been alived with life
while I’m working on so many things to do busily every day.
No food no cook.
No ingredients no new dish comes out.
I’m so thankful to the great mother nature.
