This nine course tasting menu is the ultimate LATURE experience. Every dish is completely unique to the restaurant, and is inspired by nature, seasonality and tradition.
You may order off the dinner menu for lunch. Please let us know when making your reservation.

◯Telephone reservations of the day is always at your service.
◯ For traveller, Please tell us your hotel hotelname.
◯ Please inform us of reservation cancellations no later than two days in advance. For anything later, the following cancellation fees will be applied:
Day Before: 50% of the menu price.
On the Day: 100% of the menu price.
◯ We are happy to prepare message plates for special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries. We are also able to prepare a small cake or bouquet for an additional fee. Please let us know of any special requests when making your reservation.
◯ If you have food allergies and/or ingredients you would like to avoid, please let us know at the time of reservation. For diners who would prefer to avoid game meat dishes, we can also prepare a menu with seasonal ingredients that do not feature game meat.
◯ We may still have tables available even when bookings are not available through the reservation site. Please feel free to call and confirm.
◯ A 10% service charge will be added to your bill.
◯ Our 5,800 yen lunch menu and 12,800 yen dinner menus are not available on Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays.
◯ Please provide us with your correct phone number and email address. We may have to cancel reservations if incorrect contact details are provided.
